I was so excited to receive the Owlet Monitor Duo baby monitor and get it set up. It was very difficult to set up and I was unable to do it myself and my partner had to do it but also took him a good while to understand and get it up and running.
There have been instances where the monitor has triggered false alarms, causing unnecessary anxiety for parents.
If your internet goes down or becomes unreliable, the device may not function properly.
I think the main thing that put me off this product was that you cannot keep the screen on when using your phone so think I will stick to the camera with a separate monitor screen, not the phone.
